Shipping and Returns
Our collections are made for Franky by Franky, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. Please note the following guidelines:
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still attached and be returned in the original product packaging.
Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use and in a resalable condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@frankysdinner.com before shipping your item back. We will provide you with a return label to expedite the process. Returns or exchanges must be pre-approved/arranged via email.
Once your return is received and inspected by the Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. If an order is paid via crypto, we will need your wallet address to process the refund. Depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate exchanges, availability of certain items may vary.
Processing & Shipping
Processing: Once you've placed an order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at support@frankysdinner.com immediately. Once you've received a tracking number, your order will be unable to be canceled.
Please ensure you've selected the correct items, sizes, and colors before completing your order, as we are unable to switch items or sizes once an order has been placed.
We strive to process most orders within 5-7 business days. For updates and special announcements, please refer to our Twitter & Discord channels. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Our warehouse operates from 10 am to 4 pm EST, Monday to Friday, and all orders are shipped from our New York warehouse.
Domestic: Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx. Ground shipping generally takes around 3-6 days to arrive after being picked up by the carrier. Please allow 48 business hours for your shipping label to update after you've received confirmation.
International: All international orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated by USPS or UPS, and the international flat shipping rate is applicable for apparel only and under 15 lbs. If shipping rates seem incorrect, please contact us for verification. Depending on your location and the service selected at checkout, international deliveries may take on average 2 to 12 days. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes associated with international orders.
